A pre-engineered steel building is designed and fabricated off-site to precise specifications, then assembled on your land - resulting in faster construction, tighter quality control, and lower material waste compared to fully on-site conventional construction.

Our residential range includes Apartment Buildings, Duplex Steel Buildings, Simplex Steel Buildings, Cottage Houses, Container Houses, Steel Houses, Tiny Houses, Wooden Houses, and Concrete Buildings. Commercially, we build Industrial Steel Sheds and Worker Accommodation.

Most residential models offer three tiers: 400-600 Sq.Ft (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room), 750-900 Sq.Ft (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), and 1050-1200 Sq.Ft (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). Tiny Houses run 250-350 Sq.Ft (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom). Duplex Steel Buildings and Apartment Buildings offer 600 Sq.Ft per floor (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) or 850 Sq.Ft per floor (5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms), across two floors.

Both are two-floor steel structures with the same floor-area tiers, but they're finished and laid out differently - the Duplex line emphasizes a private single-family multi-level home, while the Apartment Building line is designed for multi-family or rental-style living. A container house uses modified steel shipping containers as the core structure, finished with insulation, flooring, and interior fit-out for full residential comfort. As an all-steel structure, it holds up well to Bangladesh's monsoon and humid climate with proper maintenance.

Our Tiny House line (250-350 Sq.Ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom) is a compact, budget-friendly prefab home - ideal for single occupants, small families, weekend homes, or as a starter structure on a smaller plot.

Yes. Our Industrial Steel Sheds use PEB (pre-engineered building) steel-frame construction for factories, warehouses, and storage facilities, with clear-height and clear-span options sized to your operational needs.

Worker Accommodation is our safe, scalable staff-housing line, built for factories, industrial sites, and labor camps. Layouts and unit counts can be scaled up for large workforces - contact us with your headcount for a custom layout.

Materials vary by model: precast RC footing and tie beams, MS steel-grade structural frames, RC precast concrete wall and floor panels, tiled flooring, and weather-coat paint finishing are used across our steel and concrete lines; our Wooden House and Cottage lines use timber-frame construction instead.
