We are now seeking a detail-oriented and technically sound QC Engineer to ensure the quality of our construction processes and outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction activities comply with specifications, codes, and standards
• Inspect incoming materials, in-progress work, and finished structures
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality
• Maintain quality checklists, inspection reports, and non-conformance logs
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors on quality issues
• Oversee curing, finishing, and structural detailing as per protocol
• Verify and approve material tests, concrete mix designs, and related data
• Assist in developing quality assurance systems and procedures
• Provide daily QC updates and assist in corrective actions

Job Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized university (e.g., BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET, or equivalent)
• CGPA 3.00+ and GPA 5.00 in SSC & HSC preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experiencein construction quality control or quality assurance
• Strong understanding of construction materials, testing methods, and industry practices
• Proficiency in reading architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Familiarity with local and international construction codes and standards
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and reporting
• Strong communication and coordination skills
