We are currently seeking a skilled and disciplined Foreman to manage and supervise civil construction activities at our project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of laborers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Ensure construction work is executed as per design, drawings, and specifications
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of site tasks
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively
• Provide hands-on technical support and resolve on-site issues
• Maintain work logs, daily progress reports, and liaise with site engineers
• Support planning and scheduling of site operations

Job Requirements

• Trade Course or Vocational Training in Civil Construction from a recognized institute
• Minimum 5 yearsof relevant experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of civil works including RCC, steel structure, foundation, and finishing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Physically fit and willing to work in field conditions
• Strong communication skills and ability to enforce discipline on site
