We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-driven female professional to join our team as Executive – Marketing & Sales, focusing on prefabricated steel houses and apartment sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with new clients via text and phone calls
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and office teams
• Generate innovative marketing ideas to drive sales
• Identify potential clients and arrange meetings with management
• Deliver presentations to corporate clients

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, BBA, or MBA in Marketingfrom a recognized university
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction or housing sector
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Interest and knowledge in prefabricated housing and real estate sales
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
