As we expand our project portfolio, we are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage government e-GP tenders and corporate project bidding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender documents for government (e-GP) and private sector projects
• Analyze tender notices and identify relevant opportunities from e-GP and other platforms
• Coordinate with engineering, legal, and estimation teams to prepare compliant bid packages
• Prepare BOQ, schedules, and technical documents with input from engineers
• Ensure accurate documentation, registration, and timely submission via e-GP portal
• Maintain regular communication with government and private entities on tender matters
• Keep organized records of submitted tenders and follow up on tender outcomes
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with public procurement laws and internal policies

Job Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineeringfrom a reputed university (e.g., BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET, or equivalent)
• CGPA 3.5 in BSc and GPA 5.00 in both SSC and HSC (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experiencein tender preparation and submission (especially e-GP/public projects)
• Sound knowledge of PPR, e-GP portal, and public procurement procedures
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and technical documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication and report-writing abilities in both English and Bengali
