We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to supervise and execute project activities across multiple site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations
• Plan and implement construction strategies for steel structure projects
• Maintain safety standards, construction quality, and deadlines
• Prepare progress and cost reports for ongoing projects
• Manage construction tools, materials, and site logistics
• Lead on-site engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineeringor a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experiencein site supervision, especially in steel structure construction (freshers with strong interest may also apply)
  
• Solid technical knowledge of steel construction methods
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Effective in time management and leading small teams
