We are now hiring a Project Manager to lead and execute multiple high-impact construction projects across Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle—from planning to execution and final delivery
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients for seamless operations
  • Monitor compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure effective supervision
  • Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to avoid delays
  • Manage site resources: manpower, equipment, and materials
  • Lead and motivate the site engineering and supervisory team
  • Report to senior management with updates and technical inputs

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or BSc in Civil Engineeringfrom a recognized institution
  • Minimum 8 years of experiencefor Diploma Engineers OR 6 years for BSc Engineers in steel/composite construction project management
  • In-depth knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
  • Proficient in tools like MS Projectand AutoCAD
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
