We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our construction division as Deputy General Manager (DGM).

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end construction project execution ensuring cost, timeline, and quality targets are met
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors
  • Review structural designs and oversee execution of steel/composite construction
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards
  • Optimize construction processes and improve team efficiency
  • Manage project budgets, reporting, and documentation
  • Guide and mentor site managers, engineers, and supervisors
  • Support business development and client engagement when needed

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed university (e.g., BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET, or similar)
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in steel/composite building projects
  • Strong project leadership and team management abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of structural design and project planning
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and related tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
